Breakfast Tacos

After spending some time in Mexico, I learned very quickly that the tortilla can have a very prominent place on the breakfast table. That's not to say that they fill it with american breakfasty items like these delicious tacos are, but still it's good to sometimes think outside the bagel and toast filled morning culture we have here in the states.
