Deconstruction is a major way we learn how things tick, and in fine cuisine it can allow a chef to rediscover and bring the elements of a dish to a whole new level. When I saw this idea I thought, well I love baklava and a big bowl creamy oats, what better way to enjoy the beginning of your day. Beyond breakfast bliss you get a bowl full of fiber and the nutrient density of the pistachios and walnuts, this is truly a dish that will satiate you for hours.
