Fruit Pizza with a Maple Quinoa Crust

This idea can only be summed by saying, yay pizza for breakfast! But this isn't your traditional cheese and sauce affair, it's a layer of nutrition topped with healthy brought together with a generous portion of 'omg yes' avocado cream. On top of that this recipie is like an open canvas making me think about all the possibilities. I'm dreaming about a Mediterranean version with soft dates, fresh figs, and blood oranges. So let your imagination go wild, embrace your creative side here.
